You must maintain appropriate conduct when using our services:

1. 2.1 Interact professionally and respectfully with our team and other users
2. 2.2 Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind
3. 2.3 Avoid disrupting or interfering with the proper functioning of our services
4. 2.4 Report any technical issues, security concerns, or policy violations promptly

Article 3: Information Accuracy

When providing information to us, you warrant that:

1. 3.1 All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
2. 3.2 You will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated
3. 3.3 You have the legal authority to provide the information and consent to its use
4. 3.4 You understand that inaccurate information may affect the quality and suitability of our services

Article 4: Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit or transmit content that:

1. 4.1 Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
2. 4.2 Infringes intellectual property rights or violates confidentiality obligations
3. 4.3 Contains harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
4. 4.4 Promotes illegal activities or violates ethical standards

Article 5: Age Requirements

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Article 9: Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

1. 9.1 Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
2. 9.2 Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
3. 9.3 Warranties that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
4. 9.4 Warranties regarding results that may be obtained from use of our services

Article 10: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Apex Partnership shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

1. 10.1 Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use our services
2. 10.2 Any conduct or content of third parties on our services
3. 10.3 Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
4. 10.4 Any financial decisions or investments made based on information from our services

Article 11: Consequential Damages Exclusion

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to The Apex Partnership in the twelve months preceding the claim, or CAD $1,000, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Article 12: Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service interruptions, or other force majeure events.
